    My client is currently looking for an experienced professional for the position of ERP Project Manager who will join a dynamically developing team and will participate not only in implementation projects, system migrations to the latest version of Dynamics 365 F&O, but also in projects in the area of ​​development, maintenance and product construction. Client is an international manufacturing company currently introducing innovative solutions that improve their efficiency.



    Key Accountabilities

    * Leading the project through the project lifecycle from design to closure.
    * Developing detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
    * Monitoring project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet goals
    * Analysing project requirements and organize them effectively
    * Identifying the tasks required to deliver the project to the agreed specification.
    * Communicating regularly with stakeholders, providing updates and managing expectations
    * Reporting progress and issues to internal and external stakeholders on a weekly basis.
    * Gathering data and reporting back to the development department for resolution.

    * Identifying and mitigating risks throughout the project lifecycle
    * Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
    * Conducting post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement
    * Documenting the system to ensure future supportability



    Knowledge, Skills and Experience

    * At least 8 years in IT Project Management
    * At least 5 years of PM experience leading complex ERP implementations
    * Strong knowledge and experience in large and complex SAP implementation
    * At least one full ERP implementation project e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, OeBS, IFS, Oracle etc.
    * Proficiency in English and Polish is a must



    Desirable

    * Good knowledge or experience working with MS D365 F&O
    * Experience with CRM

    The position will sit within the leadership team, playing a critical role in the strategic direction of the business, and helping the consultancy grow.     Overview: Nigel Frank International in collaboration with our client is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Program Manager to lead their dynamic team and drive the implementation of end-to-end Microsoft stack solutions, with a heavy focus on Dynamics 365 (D365) and Supply Chain Management (SCM). Reporting directly to the CTO, you will manage a team and oversee internal and external stakeholder relationships, ensuring successful project execution and alignment with business objectives.

    ** If you don't have strong Microsoft Dynamics knowledge and experience in Project Management or Program Management you will not be considered.**

    Key Responsibilities:

    * Lead the implementation of Microsoft stack solutions, with a focus on D365 and SCM, from architecture design to post-go-live support.

    * Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
