The Role:
As a Front End Lead, the successful candidate will take full ownership of technical surfaces and associated solutions, including internal admin tools. Collaborating closely with the CTO and a small, dynamic team, they will play a pivotal role in shaping user experiences for both customers and cleaners.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leading the recreation of the Blazor web app and Xamarin mobile app in a new, modern app framework.
* Working with cutting-edge technologies such as Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and Ionic Capacitor (Flutter and React Native also under consideration).
* Ensuring seamless integration with native functions, including push notifications for enhanced user engagement.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer support, and sales, to deliver high-quality solutions.
* Contributing to the evolution of the technology stack and architecture.
Requirements:
Must Have:
* 4+ years of work experience with React.
* Demonstrated work showcasing good aesthetic sense, user-friendly interfaces, and sound technical choices.
* Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
* Fluency in Norwegian
