    Your Role & Responsibilities

    * Deliver a wide range of cloud, network, and infrastructure projects, from minor upgrades to major transformations
    * Act as a technical escalation point for junior engineers and support delivery quality
    * Support pre-sales activities, including solution design, site surveys, and technical input
    * Lead client onboarding and ensure a smooth transition into support teams

    Key Experience & Skills
