Senior Technical Consultant - UK remote - c£70K

We are seeking a Senior Technical Consultant to join a forward-looking organisation as it expands its AI practice. In this client-facing role, you will play a key part in shaping the adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and related AI solutions, helping organisations unlock real value from emerging technologies. This is a hands-on consulting position where you'll work directly with clients to design, deliver, and embed AI-driven solutions, while also contributing to the organisation's wider AI strategy and thought leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

* Partner directly with clients to design, deliver, and embed Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio solutions.
* Translate business needs into AI-powered work flows, agents, and extensions within Microsoft 365.
* Lead client engagements end-to-end, from scoping and discovery through to deployment, training, and adoption.
* Create demos, proof of concepts, and internal projects to showcase AI capabilities.
* Provide technical guidance and best practice recommendations to clients and colleagues.
* Feed client learning's into the wider AI strategy and go-to-market initiatives.

Skills & Experience:

* Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio.
* Proven experience in consulting roles with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 and related technologies.
* Familiarity with AI tools such as Azure AI Services, large language models (LLMs), or prompt engineering (desirable).
* Customer-focused mindset with the ability to deliver solutions that drive measurable business value.
* Clear and persuasive presentation skills, with the confidence to work directly with clients.

M365 Consultant - Edinburgh (Hybrid) - c£60K

We are seeking a Microsoft Modern Workplace Technical Consultant to join a growing digital consultancy that helps organisations transform the way they collaborate and engage through modern workplace solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of Microsoft 365 technologies, designing and implementing digital workplace solutions that truly enhance productivity, communication, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

* Partner with clients to assess their workplace challenges and advise on how Microsoft 365 tools can unlock better ways of working.
* Build and deploy modern workplace solutions across Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and related services.

About the role / company:

This is a great opportunity to join a Pharmaceutical company in London who are growing their team. The business are in the process of delivering some of their AI strategies and are seeking a dynamic and skilled Power Platform & Azure Data Developer with hands-on experience or exposure to AI



Key skills / responsibilities:

* Design, build, and maintain Power Apps (integrate them with Power Automate and in Power BI).
* Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft services (e.g SharePoint, Dynamics)
* Build and manage data pipelines using Azure Data Factory.
* Support the deployment of cognitive services (e.g., Azure OpenAI, Azure Machine Learning)
* Work closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and other developers to gather requirements.
* Proven experience designing and deploying Power Automate workflows.
* AI/ML exposure with basic understanding of AI concepts
