DV Cleared Support Analyst - Inside IR35 - 6 Months Initial

My client has an opportunity for a DV Cleared Support Analyst who is particularly well versed in ArcSight to join them on a 6 month contract.

Responsibilities:

* Design and automate the installation of COTS software products on RHEL and Windows Operating systems.
* Configure, maintain and support ArcSight SIEM toolset (ESM, SmartConnectors, Logger and ArcMC).
* Investigating/Resolving issues with ArcSight SIEM toolset.
* Experience of creating bespoke custom (Flex/Regx) Connectors.
* Knowledge of PowerShell.
* Creating and maintaining design, installation and support documentation.

Rattaché au Responsable du Pôle ERP & Solutions BI, votre rôle sera de gérer les applications du reporting décisionnel Power BI et leurs évolutions. A ce titre, vos missions principales sont les suivantes :

* Assurer le maintien en conditions opérationnelles des applications Power BI,
* Assurer les évolutions Power BI en fonction des besoins utilisateurs ou des choix techniques,
* Répondre aux demandes de support, réaliser des analyses ad hoc et maquettes,
* Apporter un soutien technique et fonctionnel aux utilisateurs, notamment lors des clôtures comptables et des phases budgétaires,
* Création de rapports et tableaux de board.
* Piloter les sous-traitants du domaine BI, à Paris ou en Offshore,
* Maintenir l'expertise sur les outils, notamment en faisant de la veille technologique.



Profil recherché :

Diplômé(e) d'une école d'ingénieur ou d'une formation universitaire équivalente, vous justifiez impérativement d'une expérience minimum de 5 ans sur les outils Power BI Desktop, Power BI Services, l'administration des services et des passerelles Power BI, ainsi que les différentes connectivités aux sources techniques (Azure, SQL server, database).

La connaissance de plusieurs outils décisionnels est un véritable atout, tout comme la connaissance de l'environnement du Retail.

Vous avez un anglais professionnel vous permettant d'échanger quotidiennement avec nos interlocuteurs étrangers.

Enfin, vous êtes rigoureux(se), avez le sens du service et savez faire preuve d'autonomie.
