This is a flagship leadership role within one of Sweden's most ambitious and fast-growing consultancies. The BI & Analytics unit is already a powerhouse - one of the largest in the country - and now it's ready for its next chapter. That's where you come in.

As Head of Unit, you'll be entrusted with full ownership of the BI & Analytics business. You'll lead a talented team of consultants and analysts, shape the strategic direction of the unit, and - critically drive commercial success. This is not just about delivery. It's about winning projects, building client relationships, and growing revenue.

If you're a commercially minded leader with a passion for data and a proven ability to sell BI/Data solutions, this is your moment.

    What You'll Be Doing

    * Lead the BI & Analytics business unit: Define and execute strategy, manage delivery, and grow the team.
    * Drive new business: You'll be expected to actively identify opportunities, pitch solutions, and close deals. This is a sales-heavy leadership role.
    * Own P&L: Manage budgets, forecasts, and profitability. You'll have full accountability for the unit's financial performance.
    * Build and mentor a high-performing team: Inspire consultants, analysts, and technical leads to deliver excellence.

    * Familiarity with Nordic markets and consultancy delivery models.
    * Ability to inspire and lead through change and growth.

    Why should I apply?

You'll be joining at a time of momentum, with the freedom to shape the future of the unit and make a real commercial impact.

    The consultancy is known for:

    * Strong MD relationships and cross-border collaboration.
    * A culture of autonomy, innovation, and growth.
    * Exciting projects across Sweden and Europe.

You'll be working with a team that's already delivering across multiple sectors, with access to some of the most exciting data projects in the Nordics. The internal support is strong, the leadership is engaged, and the appetite for growth is real.

    Important Note
