    You'll work with:

    In this role, you will be responsible for the technical product vision and delivery of AI-driven platforms. Expect to get involved in:

    * Leading the development of NLP-driven products and AI-powered customer experiences
    * Translating business needs into clear, measurable, secure technical requirements
    * Monitoring product performance and driving continuous optimisation
    * Bringing new technologies and trends into the product development lifecycle
    * Managing risk, governance, and alignment with organisational policies
    * Influencing cross-functional teams and leading multi-year assignments
    * Coaching, supporting, and developing less experienced specialists
    * Making strategic recommendations at VP level

    You'll play a key client‑facing role in designing and delivering modern data solutions. You'll work closely with technical and non‑technical stakeholders, understand business challenges, and architect secure, scalable data platforms.

    Key Responsibilities

    Skills & Experience

    * Microsoft Fabric & Power BI
    * On‑prem equivalents (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS) welcome

    * Highly proficient in T‑SQL; experience with M, DAX, Python or PySpark beneficial
    * Demonstrable background in client‑facing consultancy roles
    * Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead technical and business discussions
    * SC Clearance or SC eligible
