We are seeking a highly experienced and commercially focused Senior Manager to join our data consulting practice in a client-facing, pre-sales and solution leadership capacity. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in pre-sales or data and technology consulting, who thrives on solving complex business challenges through innovative data solutions.

As a Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering end-to-end data solutions for enterprise clients. You will be responsible for leading complex proposals and responding to RFPs, RFIs, and RFSs with tailored, technically robust, and commercially compelling solutions. Your expertise in modern data platforms-whether on Azure, AWS, or GCP-will be essential in designing architectures that are scalable, secure, and aligned to each client's strategic objectives.

A key part of your role will be to act as the bridge between technology and business. You will be expected to translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-focused value propositions that resonate with senior stakeholders. Whether in workshops, pitches, or executive briefings, you will be a confident communicator capable of influencing decision-making and building trusted relationships with clients.

You will also work closely with internal teams-including sales, architects, and delivery leads-to collaboratively shape solutions that balance innovation, feasibility, and commercial viability. From running discovery sessions to managing proposal development, your leadership will be critical to winning new business and defining data transformation journeys for our clients.

Success in this role will require excellent stakeholder management skills, particularly when engaging at the C-suite and executive level. You must be comfortable operating in high-pressure, fast-paced environments and have a strong understanding of the trends shaping the data and cloud ecosystem, including governance, modernisation, and platform scalability.

D365 BC/NAV System Manager - Copenhagen

I am working with a retail brand based in Copenhagen to find their new BC System Manager. My client is undergoing a major digital transformation in the direction of D365 BC and needs an in house resource that can manage the system internally and make decisions based on the best interests of the company.

This business is younger one, being established in the last 10 years, since then they have seen significant growth and continue to expand. They have operations across Europe with their HQ being in Copenhagen. This is a flat structured company so you are never too far from decisions. They have recently opened a new office in central Copenhagen but still offer great flexibility and WFH options.

Role and Responsibilities:

* Take overall responsibility for the entire D365 BC system - those already operating and those yet to be implemented
* Playing a hands on role implementing to two new global warehouses over the next 2 years
* Be the link between finance/supply chain departments and IT
* Optimise business processes, especially in supply chain
* Work within the system - configuration, testing, minor code changes, and work closely with the partner on development and tech heavy tasks
* Business task such as; training, workshops, stakeholder and user support requirement gathering and handling change requests

What they are looking for:

* Experience working on D365 BC/NAV and the ability to work independently
* Knowledge of standard modules within finance and supply chain
* Ability to work with add ons and integration
* Understanding of business processes
* High level communication skills, Danish and English are the business languages

* 4+ years of proven experience as a Data Engineer
