D365 F&O ERP Director - Atlanta, GA / Hybrid - $200k
Our client is a Microsoft Dynamics F&O end user in the food manufacturing space that is looking for an in-house ERP Manager to take ownership of their applications and lead continuous improvement projects.

As the company continues to grow, this position will become a key player in scaling their system to meet work flow demands, leveraging the ERP and Business Intelligence tools for improved strategic decision making.
For now, we need someone with a customer-centric mindset capable of optimizing user self-sufficiency and who is capable of problem solving support tickets and identifying paths for improvement strategically.
We are also looking for a candidate with a leadership background capable of hiring and training an applications team in the execution of software delivery projects.
Your New Role:
* Manage, maintain, and find ways to improve on the organization's Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations system
* Act as the liaison between company stakeholders and the Microsoft VAR
* Oversee a team of developers and analysts, responsible for hiring and retaining this group to hit deliverable targets
* Troubleshoot system errors
* Provide training to users on ERP processes and provide support to internal users, especially on the production floor, back office, and warehouse
* Document workflows and identify paths for improvement
* Manage and improve integrated technologies, especially AP automation, WMS, and BI reporting tools
* Make recommendations and modifications to business applications required for the continual growth of the business
* Support and enhance internal line of business applications in conjunction with ERP system.
* Coordinate Application and Process Change management relating to business applications.
What You'll Need:
* 10+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics, with at least 4 years on D365 F&O
* Experience in a Solutions Architect type position before moving into Management
* D365 F&O full life cycle implementation experience is a must
* Experience with Power Platform and/or Fabric integrations is a plus
* Manufacturing experience, especially in food & bev, cannabis, or pharma industries is a must
* Ability to interface well with users to solve their short and long-term problems
* Experience documenting current business processes and identify areas of improvement
