As Head of Unit, you'll be entrusted with full ownership of the BI & Analytics business. You'll lead a talented team of consultants and analysts, shape the strategic direction of the unit, and - critically drive commercial success. This is not just about delivery. It's about winning projects, building client relationships, and growing revenue.

If you're a commercially minded leader with a passion for data and a proven ability to sell BI/Data solutions, this is your moment.

What You'll Be Doing

* Lead the BI & Analytics business unit: Define and execute strategy, manage delivery, and grow the team.
* Drive new business: You'll be expected to actively identify opportunities, pitch solutions, and close deals. This is a sales-heavy leadership role.

This is a sales-heavy leadership role. Your CV must clearly demonstrate your experience in winning BI/Data projects. Evidence of commercial success is essential. If you've built client relationships, pitched and closed deals, and led delivery - this is the role for you.
