Job Responsibilities:

* Translate business needs into effective data analytics solutions that balance cost, capability, performance, and speed to market.
* Lead end-to-end implementation of analytics projects, ensuring data completeness, quality, and timely delivery.
* Continuously evaluate and integrate emerging, cost-effective technologies into the analytics ecosystem to drive innovation.
* Partner closely with business units, digital teams, and IT to ensure alignment, transparency, and successful adoption of analytics solutions.
* Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to analytics team members.
* Support Agile ways of working and help embed Agile practices and culture across teams.

Job Requirements:

* 8+ years' experience managing technology projects with strong project governance skills.
* Proven experience leading cross‑functional teams and delivering complex technology initiatives.
* Skilled in performing root cause analysis on both internal and external data and processes to answer business questions and identify improvement opportunities
* Hands-on experience architecting and delivering solutions using the cloud based Data Analytics platform, preferrably solid in Databricks
* Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
* Familiarity with Design Thinking, user journey design, automation, robotics, or AI technologies.
* Bachelor's degree or above; strong technology literacy.
* Fluency in English; Cantonese/Mandarin a plus.
