Our client is now looking for a Senior Microsoft 365 & Copilot Consultants
This is a client-facing, strategic leadership role combining advisory, delivery oversight, and transformation ownership. You will lead Microsoft 365 and Copilot engagements from strategy through execution, acting as a trusted advisor to enterprise-level clients while collaborating with technical teams to ensure successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Client Leadership
* Lead Microsoft 365 and Copilot transformation initiatives
* Drive client engagements from advisory to delivery
* Present strategic roadmaps, solution proposals, and transformation plans
* Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise stakeholders
* Lead organizational change initiatives, not just technical configuration
Copilot & Microsoft 365 Transformation
* Drive Copilot implementation and adoption programs
* Align Copilot with compliance, security, and governance requirements
* Work with Microsoft funding programs where applicable
* Scope and structure transformation engagements (typically 1-3 days/week across multiple clients)
* Position Copilot strategically to deliver business value
Compliance & Security Leadership
Lead enterprise-level discussions around:
* Information security
* Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
* Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
* Information Protection
* Governance frameworks
* Ensure enterprise readiness across E3/E5 environments.
Project & Engagement Management
* Manage partial or full project delivery
* Lead multiple client engagements simultaneously
* Set strategic direction while leveraging junior and technical resources
* Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure structured delivery
Client-Facing Advisory
* Confidently present executive-level proposals
* Build long-term strategic client relationships
* Drive proactive client development (not reactive support)
* Structure and lead engagements independently

* Consultancy Background (Essential)
* Proven experience in a consulting environment
* Comfortable leading clients independently
* Experience presenting to senior stakeholders
* Ability to structure and drive transformation engagements
Microsoft 365 Expertise
* Several years of hands-on Microsoft 365 experience
* Experience in enterprise environments (500+ users, ideally 1,000-10,000+)
* Experience setting up Microsoft 365 tenants from scratch
* Strong understanding of tenant architecture and governance
Migration Experience
Experience with:
* → Microsoft 365 migrations
* On-premises → Microsoft 365 migrations
* Enterprise tenant design and governance
Copilot Experience
* Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot for M365
* Understanding of governance, compliance, and secure rollout
* Ability to align Copilot with business outcomes
* Knowledge of the broader Microsoft ecosystem
