What You'll Be Doing

Leading and delivering end-to-end Dynamics 365 CE implementations.

Translating business requirements into scalable, future-proof CRM solutions.

Configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 CE and key Power Platform components.

Working closely with developers, architects, and project managers to ensure successful delivery.

Providing training, guidance, and ongoing support in both Swedish and English.



What You Bring

Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing).

Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).

Fluent Swedish and confident English communication skills.

Excellent stakeholder engagement and the ability to translate technical ideas into business value.

Microsoft certifications (PL-200, MB-210) are a plus but not essential
