Overview:

We are seeking an experienced AWS DevOps Engineer for a 3-6 month contract to support and enhance our AWS cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines. This role requires working onsite 3 or more days per week in Leeds, Manchester, or Newcastle offices, with flexibility for remote work on remaining days.

This position requires SC security clearance and UK RTW due to the sensitive nature of the work.

Responsibilities:

Design, deploy, and maintain scalable AWS infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).

Build and manage automated CI/CD pipelines for reliable and frequent software delivery.

Manage container orchestration with Kubernetes (EKS) and Docker.

Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize cloud environments for performance and cost.

Collaborate with development and QA teams to improve deployment workflows.

Ensure compliance with security policies and cloud best practices.

Document infrastructure and DevOps processes.

Databricks Architect

I am working with a data driven Microsoft partnered consultancy who are looking for a Databricks Architect to join their growing team. You will have the opportunity to work with some of the latest Microsoft technologies with a focus on projects on Azure and Databricks implementations.

You will join a team at the centre of a number of data-driven projects where you will be responsible for the design, development and creation of data solutions. You will work on the full end-to-end product lifecycle and work collaboratively with other architects, engineers and developers to ensure the data solution is fit for purpose and in line with client needs.

As part of this role, you will be responsible for some of the following areas

* Advise clients on data solutions focusing on Azure data platform and Databricks
* Create and implement technical solutions
* Build effective relationships with external stakeholders, gathering accurate requirements and translate into technical solutions

To be successful in the role you will have
