    Position Overview

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and quality-driven Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Tester with strong functional expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales & Customer Insights) and the Power Platform.     Key Responsibilities

    Testing & Quality Assurance

    * Develop, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for D365 CE solutions and Power Platform applications
    * Perform regression, integration, smoke, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure system stability and performance
    * Identify, document, and track defects using tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira, ensuring timely resolution
