    Partner Sales Account Manager - IT Services (Onsite or Remote) Needed ASAP for high growth IT services firm!

    Position Overview:
    We are seeking a driven Partner Account Manager to manage and grow our relationships with leading IT systems integration companies. This role combines partnership management and outbound sales, focusing on delivering exceptional project services and driving revenue growth. High commissions and a competitive stipend are available. Candidates with an existing book of business and strong industry relationships are highly preferred.

    Key Responsibilities:
    Build, manage, and maintain long-term relationships with key IT systems integration partners, serving as their primary point of contact
    Identify and recruit new partners, leveraging industry knowledge and existing relationships to expand our partner ecosystem
    Develop and execute joint business plans, sales strategies, and pipeline activities with partners to maximize revenue and market share
    Collaborate with internal teams (sales, pre-sales, marketing, delivery) to ensure seamless project execution
    Provide partners with product, technical, and sales support; forecast revenue, and track key performance metrics

    Qualifications:
    Proven experience in partner account management, channel sales, or business development within the IT services or systems integration sector
    Demonstrated success in building and managing strategic partnerships and driving revenue growth
    Existing book of business and established industry relationships highly preferred.

    Project Manager

    We're working with one of our long-standing Microsoft partners, a team we've collaborated with for years and know firsthand has an incredible culture. They're a highly respected Microsoft Modern Work and Managed Services provider helping organizations transform how they work through innovative cloud, security, and productivity solutions.

    They're looking for a Project Manager to join their delivery team on a part-time, project-based contract. This person will help guide client projects to success, ensuring they're delivered smoothly, on time, and with the kind of communication and care this partner is known for.

    What You'll Do

    Lead and coordinate projects that empower organizations to collaborate and work more effectively in the cloud.

    Work closely with delivery teams and clients, building strong, positive relationships at every level.

    Keep everyone in sync by running check-ins, tracking progress, and sharing updates that keep projects moving forward.

    Spot opportunities to add value during projects and share them with the broader customer success team.

    Proactively manage project risks, scope changes, and roadblocks to keep everything on track.

    Contribute to improving project processes, documentation, and how the team delivers work overall.

    Ensure milestones are met on time and within budget, tracking progress from kickoff to completion.
    *

    Provide weekly status updates on deliverables, progress, and any changes impacting timelines or billing.
    *

    Log and approve time promptly to help keep projects and billing aligned.

    What You Bring

    2-3 years of experience managing or coordinating IT-related projects.

    Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

    Strong knowledge of Microsoft tools like Teams, OneNote, and Excel.
    *

    Familiarity with IT infrastructure and project management frameworks such as Agile or PMBOK (PMP certification not required).
