    About the Role:
    Our client is seeking a D365 F&O Supply Chain Management (SCM) Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in optimizing finance and operations processes within the D365 ecosystem.

    Key Responsibilities:

    * Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to SCM.
    * Configure and customize D365 F&O modules to meet business needs.
    * Support system integration and ensure seamless operations across various departments.
    * Conduct user training sessions and prepare documentation.
    * Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, providing ongoing support.

    Qualifications:

    * Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst with a focus on D365 F&O SCM.
    * Strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices.
    * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    * Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    * Relevant certifications in D365 F&O are a plus.

    Project Manager - D365 F&O (CPG sector)
    Remote / Hybrid - Canada (Montreal or Milton area preferred)

    A global leader in consumer goods is looking for a Project Manager with strong experience on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O to oversee large-scale ERP initiatives and business transformation projects. The company operates across multiple international markets with a strong reputation for innovation, quality, and operational excellence.

    The Role
    You'll be leading end-to-end project delivery within a fast-paced, product-driven environment, ensuring timelines, budgets, and scope are managed effectively while driving cross-functional collaboration between IT, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Commercial teams.

    Key Responsibilities

    * Manage the planning and execution of Dynamics 365 F&O projects (implementations, enhancements, integrations).
    * Coordinate with stakeholders across business units to define requirements, prioritize tasks, and ensure deliverables are met.
    * Oversee risk management, issue resolution, and continuous improvement of PM processes.
    * Lead project governance, status reporting, and executive communication.
    * Foster collaboration across global teams and promote best-practice standards in project delivery.

    What You Bring

    * 5+ years' experience as a Project Manager, ideally in the CPG or manufacturing sector.
    * Proven track record delivering ERP (preferably Microsoft D365 F&O) or large system implementation projects.
    * Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
    * Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent projects.
    * PMP or Agile certification is considered an asset.
