    D365FO/AX Support Team Lead - Yorkshire - c£55k

    Nigel Frank are resourcing for a D365FO/AX Support Team Lead to join an internationally recognised consultancy practice, in the Yorkshire area.

    My client have gone from strength to strength over the last couple of years and are looking to expand their award-winning team with a motivated and driven D365FO Support Team Lead.

    This position will oversee a strong team of D365FO/AX Support Analysts, and lead on the continuous improvements and maintenance on D365FO/AX systems across a range a highly reputable customers.

    Role & Responsibilities

    * Responsible for customers D365 applications, D365 lifecycle management, and D365 enhancements.
    * Liaising closely with customers to understand business processes and requirements.
    * Line management of an internal development team and ensure best practice development and deployment methodologies are followed.
    * Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes

    Skills & Qualifications

    * Experience using MS Dynamics 365 F&O or Dynamics AX
    * Experience designing and implementing system integrations using various technologies
    * Ability to communicate articulately with technical and non-technical audiences
    * Strong knowledge of business processes and experience of triaging requirements within a fast-paced environment

    ERP Systems Analyst - £55K - North Yorkshire

    Actively seeking an experienced Systems Analyst who is looking to progress into a new challenge. The role offered would give the successful candidate a chance to work within an innovative and ambitious manufacturer that have achieved significant year on year . They have an array of project plans for this year and the opportunity will see the successful candidate play an essential role in the management and upgrade of the internal system Microsoft Dynamics NAV.

    The role will require the successful candidate to commute to an office based in Lancashire.

    This role is a full time permanent position giving the successful candidate the platform to cross train to Microsoft Dynamics NAV/BC. They have a budget up to £55,000 experience dependant, an open working culture and the ability to undergo self-development and further training courses within Dynamics.

    Responsibilities will include:

    * Thorough analysis for future projects as well as day to day higher level support
    * Provide support to all entities of the business globally
    * Oversee system expansion including the integration, migration and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central into the whole structure of the business

    My client is looking for candidates who can offer:

    * Previous experience overseeing system applications
    * Proficient working with various browser-based information management systems e.g. Workday or Share-point
    * A strong understanding of ERP Systems
    * Manufacturing process understanding (Essential)
    * Strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal

    Job Description - IT Architect (Infrastructure)

    An exciting position has arisen with public sector organisation who due to a large scale migration project, are now looking to build out their M365 and Azure cloud teams. Because of this period of growth, they are looking to bring on an experienced, forward-thinking IT Architect/Senior Engineer to provide expertise, direction and assistance to numerous areas of the business.

    You will be working alongside numerous areas of the business, including Business Analysts, Solutions Engineers and System Engineers to ensure business processes are ran in an efficient and progressive manner.

    Role & Responsibilities

    * Design and develop the long term strategy for the business.
    * Work alongside senior stakeholders across the business to ensure the technical teams are delivering solutions aligned with the organisation's goals and objectives.
    * Provide architectural insight to internal teams throughout the business - working collaboratively with the analytics, engineering and development teams.

    Skills & Qualifications

    * Strong technical knowledge of M365 and Azure.
    * Experience leading a team of Infrastructure specialists or experience working in a senior role with an aspect of mentoring.
    * Worked on the end to end development of solutions across IT Infrastructure including pre and post sales.
