A growing UK-based professional services organisation are looking for a Data & Development Lead in this newly created role, to help shape and deliver their Data & Innovation Strategy, which will be critical to their ongoing success.

This is a hybrid role, with 3 days per week in one of their multiple office locations across the UK - there is one in Thetford.

This role blends hands-on technical delivery with strategic oversight, where you'll manage a small team of 3 to deliver excellent data engineering, automation and systems development solutions.

You will define and maintain a fit-for-purpose data and systems architecture that is aligned to business needs, and lead your team on the design and delivery of modern data and technology solutions.

This will involve providing technical direction, encouraging best-practice, and cultivating a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Their tech stack currently spans things like Databricks, Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, Power BI, M365, Co-pilot, and various applications such as Workday.

Requirements:

* Experience guiding data strategy and designing and delivering data and system architectures
* Experience leading small high-performing teams in an agile environment
* Hands-on experience with Azure data technologies and Databricks
* Strong understanding of data integration, automation, and system design
* An interest in emerging technologies such as AI

Microsoft Cloud & Power Platform Developer
(UK-based remote)

A fast-growing sustainability platform is on a mission to help the UK's hospitality and leisure sectors cut costs and carbon. Powered by Microsoft's Cloud ecosystem, the team is building intelligent tools that turn complex data into meaningful action - and they're looking for a hands-on developer to help bring it all to life.

The Role

This role is all about building and scaling the platform's architecture using the best of Microsoft Cloud. From developing Power Apps and Power Pages, to designing APIs, integrating external services, and creating data pipelines for AI-driven insights - you'll be central to shaping a product with real-world impact.

You'll work closely with customers, turning their challenges into smart, streamlined applications, while ensuring the platform is secure, scalable, and ready for growth.

What They're Looking For

Strong experience with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Pages
*

Hands-on with Azure services (Functions, Data Factory, App Services)
*

Comfortable with authentication (Entra ID) and API development
*

Working knowledge of Python, SQL, and JavaScript

Experience with AI/LLMs, data tools like Snowflake or ThoughtSpot, or sustainability projects would be a bonus - but curiosity and problem-solving matter most.
