A leading provider of association-specific CRM software seeks a Director of Technology to oversee their team of developers within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform. This role involves setting the product vision, refining development processes, ensuring architectural excellence, and managing team performance. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in Dynamics 365 CRM development, team management, and Power Platform expertise.

Responsibilities:

* Refine, document, and enforce development processes.
* Provide architectural expertise and ensure product excellence.
* Oversee both product-facing and client-facing developers.
* Ensure best practices in code management and deployment.
* Develop metrics to assess and improve team performance.
* Collaborate with Professional Services team to execute client requirements.
* Create technical specifications and schedule product enhancements.
* Provide support to Sales and Consulting teams for work estimation.
* Maintain accurate time and task tracking records.

Skills Required:

* 8+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development experience.
* 5+ years of development team management experience.
* 3+ years of Power Platform development experience.
* Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, and SQL.
* Familiarity with source control, DevOps practices, and Microsoft Azure Cloud administration.
* Experience with accessibility, accounting, and security compliance standards.
* Familiarity with Jira and experience in agile and waterfall environments.
* Excellent communication and multitasking skills.

Desirable Skills/Experiences:

* Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform certifications.
* Experience in the association industry or building e-commerce platforms.
* Experience in a consulting environment serving external clients.
