Digital Transformation Director

Salary: Up to £120,000
Reporting to: Chief Executive Officer

The Opportunity:

Our client is a purpose-driven organisation delivering large-scale public and commercial services across multiple sectors. Operating in complex, regulated environments, they are entering a critical phase of growth and transformation.

With a strong focus on improving performance, profitability and long-term sustainability, digital capability is central to their future success. As a result, they are creating a Digital Transformation Director role with enterprise-wide impact.

This is a strategic leadership position focused on leveraging digital, data, and technology to improve operational performance, simplify service delivery and enhance outcomes for both customers and employees.



The Role

As Digital Transformation Director, you will shape and lead the organisation's digital transformation agenda, working closely with the CEO and executive leadership team.

Key areas of focus include:

* Translating strategic priorities into scalable digital solutions
* Leading major technology-enabled transformation programmes
* Ensuring digital investment delivers measurable operational and financial impact
* Embedding digital capability across the organisation

This is a strategic, outcomes-focused leadership role, not a hands-on technical position.

You will play a critical role in enabling the organisation to:

* Improve profitability through automation, integration, and enhanced performance insights
* Develop new service offerings, supporting future programmes and market opportunities
* Drive organisational transformation, enabling a more integrated and scalable operating model
* Support sustainable growth, building digital foundations that encourage innovation without adding complexity



About You

We are looking for a senior digital or transformation leader with:

* A strong track record of delivering enterprise-wide digital or technology-enabled transformation
* Experience operating at executive level in complex, multi-site organisations
* Proven success in driving measurable performance and efficiency improvements
* The ability to translate technical concepts into clear business decisions
* A collaborative, pragmatic, and outcomes-focused leadership style
