    Job Resonsibility



    * Build dashboards and develop business insights, including management dashboards, regular commercial reports, operational reports and ad-hoc analysis
    * Analyze business data regularly to identify business opportunities and operational improvement opportunities
    * Develop critical metrics and dashboard to measure performance of merchandising campaigns, and derive actionable insights to fine tune strategies and planning
    * Provide support for regional data issues with close communication with the stakeholders, maintain best practices for Data Management and provide support where necessary for the data projects
    * Design and maintain data dictionary/catalogue documents. Identify and maintain data owners and stewards of the company's information assets
    * Collaborate with the Tech team in creating technology platforms across Data Lake / Data Visualization / Data Analytics Solutions

    Job Requirements

    * Minimum 8 years in an analytics role in commercial sector with a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or other related disciplines
    * Experiecne to lead project/ team
    * Data and analytics experience, including data acquisition, management, modelling, visualization and storytelling.
    * Proficiency in Power BI, SQL and Python.
    * Project Management Experience - clarity of thought and ability to juggle multiple work streams and work cross functionally towards aligned goals
    * Ability to work independently and strategically, open to tackling new issues and sounding out new ideas
    * Proactive teammate who thrives in a cross-functional, cross-cultural, hybrid (face-to-face and remote) team environment

    Responsibilities:

    * Lead the regional IT team to manage large-scale IT projects that span across multiple business streams in APAC.

    * Proven track record in managing strategic global solutions delivery, strong management skills including project management, financial management, change management and facilitation.
