    New End user role - D365 F&O Suppport Consultant



    6-12 Month Fixed-Term or Contract Opportunity

    Tasks:

    * Deliver first-line support for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations users, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
    * Diagnose and resolve system, data, and configuration issues, escalating complex matters to relevant teams or vendors when required.
    * Manage user access, security roles, workflows, and scheduled jobs in accordance with established governance and operational procedures.
    * Partner with Business Systems Analysts to support testing, release validation, and ongoing system enhancement initiatives.



    Main requirements:

    * Proven experience working on Microsoft Dynamics AX or Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations projects.
    * Minimum 3 years of experience as a (Support) Consultant, with strong exposure to Finance and Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules.
    * Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess current processes, analyze data and key performance metrics, and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
    * Excellent communication skills and expertise in managing organizational change effectively.

    Job Title: Scrum Master / PMO / Junior Project Manager (6-Month Contract)

    Location: Sydney, NSW (40% Remote)

    Contract: 6 months



    Key Responsibilities:

    * Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming sessions.
    * Track task completion, monitor team progress, and ensure commitments are met.
    * Use Azure DevOps (ADO) to maintain boards, update user stories, and report on team performance.
    * Identify and remove obstacles or bottlenecks that impede team productivity.
    * Support the program manager with project coordination and reporting.
    * Promote Agile principles and foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment.

    Skills & Experience:

    * Proven experience as a Scrum Master or (Junior) Project Manager in an IT or digital environment.
    * Strong knowledge and practical experience with Azure DevOps (ADO).
    * Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and managing sprints.
    * Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
    * Ability to track and report team progress accurately and proactively.

    Senior Data Engineer - Microsoft Fabric

    A large enterprise end user based in Melbourne's south eastern suburbs is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join a major data platform transformation.

    This role sits within an established data engineering and BI function and will play a key role in delivering a modern Microsoft Fabric based enterprise data platform. Hands on experience with Microsoft Fabric is essential for this position.

    The role
    You will design, build and maintain scalable data pipelines and curated datasets within Microsoft Fabric. The focus is on delivering reliable, well modelled data that supports enterprise reporting and analytics. You will work closely with BI developers, visualisation specialists and platform teams to ensure data is trusted, governed and fit for purpose.

    Key responsibilities
    Design and develop data pipelines using Microsoft Fabric
    Build and maintain Lakehouse and warehouse models following modern data architecture principles
    Develop and optimise transformations using PySpark and SQL
    Ensure high data quality, governance and performance across the platform
    Collaborate with BI and visualisation teams to support enterprise reporting use cases
    Contribute to CI CD and deployment processes within Azure

    Key skills and experience
    Proven hands on experience working with Microsoft Fabric in a production environment
    Strong background in data engineering across Azure based platforms
    Solid SQL skills and experience with data modelling and optimisation
    Experience building scalable, enterprise grade data pipelines
    Comfortable working in complex stakeholder environments
    Strong communication skills and a collaborative working style

    Nice to have
    Experience migrating from legacy SQL based platforms to modern data platforms
    Exposure to Power BI semantic models and downstream analytics
    Experience working within large enterprise or end user environments

    Location and setup
    Melbourne based role in the south eastern suburbs
    Hybrid working with onsite collaboration required
    ASAP start preferred
