    Role Overview:

    They are seeking talented and motivated BI Professionals to join their dynamic team with a strong emphasis on finding a skilled Data Engineer plus other opportunities for full-stack BI Consultants, BI Developers and Data Analysts!

    The ideal professionals will have strong backgrounds in data engineering, BI solutions & reporting, a passion for data-driven decision-making, and experience in building and maintaining scalable data pipelines. You will collaborate closely with our purely BI focused team made up of other data analysts, data scientists, data engineers and clients to ensure seamless data integration and optimal data flow.

    Our roles, especially for Data Engineers, encompass a broad range of tasks from backend data extraction and transformation, data modeling, and data visualization to direct interaction with end-users and stakeholders for requirements analysis. Their consultants often manage multiple customer relationships and assignments in parallel, providing a diverse and dynamic work environment. While some assignments are full-time, many allow flexibility, enabling our consultants to work from our offices, client sites, or remotely.



    Key Responsibilities:

    * Design, build, and maintain scalable and efficient data pipelines
    * Develop and implement ETL processes to transform and load data from various sources
    * Collaborate with data analysts and data scientists to understand data requirements and ensure data quality
    * Optimize data infrastructure and architecture for performance and scalability
    * Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline issues to ensure data accuracy and availability
    * Work with cloud-based data storage and processing solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
    * Implement data security and compliance best practices

    Beneficial Experience:

    * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
    * Proven experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role
    * Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases
    * Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or Scala
    * Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Kafka)
    * Familiarity with cloud-based data solutions (e.g., AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery)
    * Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
    * Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and best practices
    * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
    * Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
    * Certification in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Certified Data Analytics, Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer)
    * Knowledge of machine learning concepts and frameworks

    Job Title: Data Scientist

    Location: Stockholm, Sweden

    We are seeking a talented Data Scientist to join our team in Stockholm, Sweden. Our client is a leading provider of audit, accounting, tax, and consulting services. With over 1000 employees across the country, they support businesses with a range of financial and strategic services to foster sustainable growth.

    About the Role:

    As a Data Scientist, you will play a crucial role in transforming unstructured data into actionable insights. You will be working extensively with Python and Azure functions, focusing on data engineering and application development. Our main application processes annual reports from clients, converting various types of data into a structured format.

    With an internal network of IT professionals within the business, the Data Science team sits as a smaller close-knit group with currently 80% of the work focused on maintaining existing systems and 20% on new development. The goal is to shift to a more balanced workload, aiming for 50% maintenance and 50% new projects to ensure equal innovation.

    Key Responsibilities:

    * Transforming unstructured data into structured formats.
    * Developing and maintaining applications using Python.
    * Working with Azure functions and other cloud services.
    * Implementing controls and ensuring data quality.
    * Supervising models in production and developing & deploying machine learning models.
    * Analyze and interpret complex data sets.
    * Work with Python, SQL, and version control systems like Git.
    * Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as development teams and other business units to drive business insights.
    * Maintain and enhance data processing systems.



    Qualifications:

    * BSc or MSc (preferably M.Sc) in a relevant field.
    * At least 2 years of experience as a Data Scientist, Data Engineer, Software Engineer, or Machine Learning Engineer.
    * Proficiency in Python, git, and SQL.
    * At least 1-year experience with Azure, GCP, or AWS.
    * Experience with supervising models in production.

    Preferred Skills:

    * Familiarity with Azure ML products (Form Recognizer, Cognitive Search, etc.).
    * Experience with Azure services (Storage, Serverless functions, Deploying ML Models).
    * Knowledge of MLOps and developing applications using LLMs.
    * Experience with ML Engineering and deploying both unsupervised and supervised ML models.
    * Proven track record in driving the development of ML applications.
