Senior Data Science Consultant - London - £75K

I'm working with a growing data focused consultancy in London who are looking for a Senior Data Science Consultant.

You will be working on some incredibly rewarding projects across a wide range of industries utilising the very latest tech in the Data and AI space.

The business pride themselves on their culture and despite their aggressive growth plans, maintaining this close knit culture and environment is priority number one.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Gathering requirements from clients and leading on client engagements.

- Designing, evaluating, and implementing on-premise, cloud-based and hybrid data science and machine learning techniques and algorithms.

- Supporting client engagements, including pitches and presentations.

Skills and Qualifications

- Experience leading on client engagements across multiple projects.

- Experience with Python and various cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)

- Consultancy experience

In this role, you will play a central role in designing, developing and implementing functions to handle large amounts of data from a specific sensor, with a focus on C# and .NET technologies.



Roles and Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain robust code for data management pipelines in C#, with a focus on efficient data collection, storage and preparation for analysis.
* Contribute to the design and development of APIs and interfaces to enable access to sensor data for external users and systems, with a focus on .NET frameworks.
* Implement and integrate analysis models into the platform in collaboration with data scientists and AI/ML experts.
* Ensure high data integrity and quality throughout the system through rigorous coding and testing.
* Stay up to date on new technologies and trends in data management and development for on-premise solutions, with a focus on C# and the .NET ecosystem.

Skills and Qualifications:

* At least 5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on backend development and data management in C#.
* In-depth knowledge of C# and .NET frameworks.
* Experience in data management, data streaming and data storage with relevance to C# and .NET.
* Knowledge of API design and integration with .NET.
* Experience in agile development methods.
* Interest in data analytics and machine learning.
* Experience working with complex system integrations for on-premise solutions.
* Knowledge of security standards and principles for data management in on-premise environments.

Swedish speaking is preferable but not required.
