A growing organization supporting approximately 10 active clients is seeking a D365 Business Central Administrator to join their team onsite in Corona, CA. This role will play a key part in supporting and maintaining Business Central environments, integrations, reporting, and system security, while also helping train an internal technical team member to take on BC administrative responsibilities long-term.

This is a hands-on role in a manufacturing environment, working closely with internal teams and third-party vendors.

Key Responsibilities

* Create and maintain customer reports using MS SQL, Jet Reports, and Power BI
* Maintain and support third-party vendors and integrations connected to Business Central
* Monitor applications and support plans to ensure a secure BC environment
* Manage user access, roles, and security within Business Central
* Provide general Business Central system administration and support
* Assist in training an internal technical team member on BC administration (onsite resource available Monday, Wednesday, Friday)

Preferred Experience

* Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central administration experience
* Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
* Strong reporting experience with SQL, Jet Reports, and/or Power BI
* Experience supporting integrations and third-party add-ons
* Understanding of BC security, permissions, and system maintenance
