Nigel Frank is searching for a Head of Dynamics CRM Practice for the Nordic region.

This role will be predominantly based in the head office in Central Stockholm,but will require travel within Scandinavia.

Key Deliverables/Responsibilities

* Development of Dynamics CRM solutions and integrated systems

* Technical expert for migration from CRM on-premise to Azure

* Delivery of business reporting and visualisation using available platforms, such as PowerBI, CRM Dashboards and SSRS

* Reporting to the Director of Development, and working with Project Managers and Business Analysts to deliver business benefit via the CRM

* Participate in the identification of new technologies, completion of studies/analysis/business cases, and development of subsequent solutions.

* As a CRM subject matter expert, act as source of knowledge for others in the team, whilst continuing to learn and develop technical skills.

* Participate in all aspects of the platform's development life cycle

* Assist support personnel with escalated technical CRM production issues

* Perform an active role in meetings/discussions relating to ongoing developments



Necessary Skills/Experience

* Development and support of Microsoft Dynamics CRM

* Experience in migrating on-premise Dynamics CRM instances to Azure

* Development of CRM extensions and plugins with C# and JavaScript

* Development experience using Web Services and APIs (e.g. REST, SOAP, etc.)

* Experience within an application support team

* Experience with Microsoft SQL

* Data analysis skills to assist in the troubleshooting of data related problems to provide resilient fixes

* Ability to prioritise and manage own workload in sometimes difficult and pressured situations.

* Good time management and estimation skills.

* Ability to work independently or as part of a team

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Apply established processes and methodologies to comply with in-house development standards

The role with personnel responsibility is called Personnel Manager (PM) at us, and in that role you are responsible for approx. 10 consultants. Analytics is a national department located in five locations, Oslo, Bergen, Trondheim, Stavanger and Kristiansand. In total Analytics has 70 analytics consultants working with data engineering, platform engineering, data analytics and data science. Analytics have an extensive knowledge of the data/analytics domain and want to increase our position in Stavanger.

They are looking for a technology / consulting manager to head up the Analytics practice managing a team of around 15 consultants! With a wide variety of projects across Stavanger along with collaborating with other areas of the business, there is plenty of scope within this space.

As an Analytics Consulting Manager you will play crucial role in overseeing and managing technology consulting projects across the region
