ERP Dev Manager - D365 BC - Los Angeles/Remote - $160k

An Dynamics Business Central end user in the food & beverage distribution sector is seeking an ERP Development Manager with techno-functional experience to help lead customization efforts of their ERP system following an upgrade to D365. This would play a key role in a growing organization that is investing heavily into improving their IT infrastructure and business processes.

We need a "Servant Leader" who has overseen applications teams while also remaining hands-on in developing business applications and integrating new systems with Business Central.

We need a candidate with:
* Expertise with Dynamics 365 Business Central
* Deep knowledge of AL extension programming
* Experience with Power BI reporting and Power Platform Development preferred
* Food & Bev or relevant industry background (wine, cannabis, pharma, consumer products, etc.) is a big plus
* The ability to communicate well with both technical and non-technical personnel, with experience gathering requirements, providing user support, and manage teams to hit project deadlines

Dynamics NAV Reporting Specialist - San Diego, CA

A growing end-user in the San Diego area is looking for a Dynamics NAV Reporting Specialist to join their team as the go-to expert for reporting, data analysis, and NAV support. The organization is expanding rapidly and needs to ensure their reporting infrastructure and ERP system are optimized to support continued growth. This role will work closely with accounting, finance, and operations to deliver accurate, timely, and actionable reporting insights. No travel is required.

Qualifications:

* Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV, including reporting and user support
* Hands-on NAV support experience (troubleshooting, user training, system enhancements)
* Advanced SQL experience (query writing, data extraction, optimization)
* Experience with SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services)
