Dynamics Business Central Consultant
Location: On-site - 40 minutes from Warsaw, Poland

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and support the team in customization, and optimization of Dynamics 365 Business Central
* Collaborate with internal departments to gather requirements, define workflows, and provide effective ERP solutions
* Conduct end-user training and provide ongoing support
* Translate business needs into technical specifications
* Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with development teams as needed
* Participate in system upgrades, testing, and continuous improvements

Requirements:

* Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Dynamics BC or NAV
* Strong understanding of financial, supply chain, or manufacturing processes
* Experience in full-cycle ERP implementations and post-go-live support
* Excellent communication skills in both Polish and English

Role:B2B Prompt engineer
Location - Krakow (hybrid)
Contract - B2B

I'm currently recruiting for a client based in Krakow who are looking for a B2B Prompt engineer.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, deploy, and optimise prompts for real-world LLM applications (minimum 2 production-grade projects).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex document requirements into actionable prompt logic.
Implement and maintain fine-tuning or RAG pipelines.
Evaluate prompt performance using metrics like BLEU, ROUGE and semantic similarity.

Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in prompt engineering with LLMs (2+ production projects).
Strong Python proficiency, including LLM APIs and data tools (e.g., Pandas).
Deep understanding of prompt structure and context.
Experience with fine-tuning or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
Familiarity with evaluation metrics and human-in-the-loop validation.
Awareness of LLM-related security concerns.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.

This is a 12 months B2B contract with a possible extension.

Location - Krakow (hybrid 3 days in office requirement)

Hourly rate up to 220 PLN.

* Strong professional experience in C# and MS Azure (Storage, Service Bus, Web Apps, Logic Apps, Function Apps).
* Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines in Azure using tools like ARM or Bicep, alongside standard unit testing frameworks.
* Solid grasp of integration architecture and solution design principles.
* Comfortable working within agile environments and DevOps practices.
