Position: Senior Change Management Consultant
Location: Remote (U.S. Based)

Role Overview: As a Senior Change Management Consultant, you will play a critical role in leading change initiatives for our clients across various industries. You will work closely with stakeholders to develop and implement change management strategies that drive adoption, minimize resistance, and maximize the success of organizational changes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead change management initiatives from initiation through implementation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to assess change readiness, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation plans.
* Design and deliver comprehensive change management plans, including communication strategies, training programs, and stakeholder engagement activities.
* Provide coaching and support to project teams and leaders to build change management capabilities within the organization.
* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management efforts, making adjustments as needed to ensure successful outcomes.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
* Proven experience (5+ years) in change management consulting or related role.
* Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
* Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a remote, virtual environment.
* Relevant certifications (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) are a plus.
