Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Dynamics 365FO Retail Functional Consultant to join the Team. This project is in its early stages and has not yet started, offering a unique opportunity to be involved from the ground up in a fully remote capacity.
In this role, you will be key in addressing critical business challenges such as simplifying operations, enhancing efficiency, fostering innovation, and driving strategic cost reductions. You will work closely with clients across various sectors, empowering them to build stronger internal capabilities and continuously improve operational and innovation performance. Our solutions are designed to optimize every aspect of our clients' value chains, integrating assets, processes, policies, and personnel to deliver enterprise-wide value.
You will utilize your strategy, operations consulting, and business process analysis expertise to create solutions that transform our clients' businesses. You will focus on implementing retail modules within specific branches of an overall business, with a particular emphasis on retail and commerce.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct diagnostics and assessments of business performance and processes.
* Lead application design and architecture components, especially within the retail and commerce domains.
* Direct process and functional design activities, focusing on retail module implementation.
* Develop functional requirements to inform application design.
* Implement retail modules, including Point of Sale (POS) systems, and ensure their successful integration within the business.
* Create, develop, and test detailed functional designs and prototypes for retail solution components.
* Supervise application build, testing, and deployment activities, with a focus on retail environments.
* Plan and execute data conversion activities.
* Lead test planning and execution.
* Manage projects and programs, showcasing leadership in process re-engineering and implementing changes in technology, strategy, and organizational structure.
Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience in Dynamics AX/F&O implementation, with specific experience in retail or commerce modules.
* Proven track record of implementing at least one retail module, including POS systems.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
* Proven ability to lead teams and projects.
* Understanding of business management and strategic evaluation.
* Fluency in English and Polish.
Nice to Have:
* Master's Degree in Business or Technology.
* Dynamics D365 Certification.
* Experience in Project Accounting.
* Familiarity with software development methodologies.
* Proficiency in Microsoft platform skills.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Project.
