    My client, a Microsoft partner in Hong Kong, is seeking a highly motivated Dynamics 365 CE / Dynamics CRM Consultant to join our growing team. As a key member of our consulting practice, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end CRM solutions to enterprise clients across various industries, including retail, finance, and public sector.

    Responsibilities

    * Lead and participate in full-cycle Dynamics 365 CE/CRM implementations, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, customization, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
    * Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze and translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.
    * Customize and configure Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service, etc.) using Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
    * Conduct workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
    * Provide pre-sales support including solution demos, effort estimation, and proposal preparation.
    * Work closely with developers, project managers, and other consultants to ensure successful project delivery.

    Requirements

    * Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
    * Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM implementations.
    * Strong knowledge of CRM business processes and best practices.
    * Experience with Power Platform, Azure integration, and third-party tools
    * Excellent communication and client-facing skills in English; Cantonese and Mandarin are a plus.
    * Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 CE or Power Platform would definitely be a plus!
