    ERP Functional Analyst (NAV/BC) - Wayne, NJ - $120k

    Position Summary:

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient ERP Analyst to join our IT team. This role will be instrumental in optimizing our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environment to support our growing consumer products distribution business. Reporting directly to the IT Director, the ERP Analyst will serve as a liaison between business units and IT, ensuring that system capabilities align with operational needs.

    Key Responsibilities:

    * Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Finance, and Warehouse Operations to gather requirements and translate them into ERP solutions.
    * Configure, maintain, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central modules, including:

    * Inventory Management
    * Sales & Purchase Order Processing
    * Warehouse Management
    * Finance & General Ledger
    * Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

    * Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements within Business Central.
    * Manage system upgrades, integrations, and data migrations in coordination with external partners and internal teams.
    * Develop and maintain documentation for ERP configurations, workflows, and user training materials.
    * Provide end-user support and training to ensure effective use of Business Central.
    * Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality.
    * Assist in vendor management and coordination with third-party consultants or developers.

    Qualifications:

    * Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
    * 3+ years of experience as an ERP Analyst or IT Business Analyst, preferably in a distribution or consumer products environment.
    * Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (formerly NAV).
    * Strong understanding of distribution workflows including order fulfillment, inventory control, and warehouse operations.
    * Familiarity with EDI, barcode scanning, and integration with third-party logistics systems is a plus.
    * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
    * Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    Preferred Skills:

    * Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, or other Microsoft Power Platform tools.
    * Knowledge of SQL and basic data querying.
    * Experience with ERP implementation or upgrade projects.
