CRM Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and proficient CRM Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a structured work ethic, and a strong understanding of CRM platforms and business applications. As a CRM Manager, you will be responsible for optimising the Customer Experience through the effective utilization of a CRM tool, providing training to users, and overseeing the entire CRM application lifecycle.
Responsibilities:

Establish, refine, and oversee the Customer Experience using a CRM tool.

Provide training to all users of the CRM tool.
*
Manage functional management, key users, and provide support and advice to process owners.
*
Offer guidance on sales and service process enhancements.
*
Develop the product road-map for the solution, including planning and sprint releases.
*
Translate defined objectives from relevant plans into functional dashboards.
*
Coordinate the support chain within the client handling incidents, problems, and service requests, as well as coordinating suppliers and development activities.
*
Oversee the MS Dynamics CRM application in collaboration with external consultants.
*
Maintain up-to-date documentation on solution design and ensure compliance with licenses, security, and authorisations.
*
Possess strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
*
Minimum of 3 years of experience in CRM platform or business application management.
*
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
*
Familiarity with agile methodologies.
*
Technical expertise in digital technology, including interface services and web services.
