Core Mission

Design, build, and maintain a scalable data infrastructure to support AI‑driven features, analytics, and clinic operations across the platform. Ensure data is reliable, accessible, and optimized to power intelligent decision‑making.

Key Responsibilities

* Design, build, and maintain ETL/ELT data pipelines from multiple data sources (app, CRM, transactions, user events, 3rd‑party systems).
* Implement workflow orchestration using tools such as Airflow, Prefect, Dagster, or similar.
* Develop scalable data ingestion, transformation, and validation processes.
* Set up and manage databases and data storage systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, DynamoDB, BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake, S3).
* Build and manage cloud‑based data environments in AWS / GCP
* Implement data lake/data warehouse solutions to support analytics and AI teams.
* Ensure high availability, scalability, and cost efficiency of the data infrastructure.
* Partner with AI Engineers to provide clean datasets for model training, inference, and evaluation.
* Work with product and operations teams to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
* Ensure compliance with data privacy standards relevant to clinics and healthcare data.

Required Qualifications & Skills

* Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
* Hands‑on experience with modern ETL/ELT tools, data processing frameworks, or orchestration systems.
* Experience with cloud‑based data solutions (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
* Familiarity with data modeling (e.g., Kimball, Data Vault, star schema).
* Experience with APIs, event tracking systems, and streaming technologies (e.g., Kafka, Kinesis, Pub/Sub - nice to have).
* Strong problem‑solving ability and ownership mentality.
* Comfort working in fast‑paced, iteration‑driven startup environments.
* Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams (AI, product, engineering, operations).
* Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders
* Prior exposure to healthtech, wellness, or clinic‑related data systems.
* Familiarity with machine learning data pipelines (feature stores, data versioning, etc.).
* Knowledge of BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Metabase)
