Tech Lead - .NET & Angular | Oslo | Permanent Role

A leading construction and engineering group in Oslo is currently seeking a skilled Tech Lead to join their in-house digital team. This is a permanent, on-site position offering the opportunity to lead development efforts on impactful, large-scale projects that shape the future of infrastructure and sustainability.

About the Role:
The Tech Lead will play a central role in driving the technical direction of internal platforms and applications. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, guiding developers and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver robust, scalable solutions using modern .NET and Angular technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the design, development, and deployment of software solutions
* Mentor and support a team of developers, fostering best practices and clean architecture
* Collaborate with product owners and business units to align technical solutions with strategic goals
* Ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability across projects
* Stay up to date with emerging technologies and contribute to continuous improvement

Tech Stack:

* .NET Core / C#
* Angular (latest versions)
* Azure DevOps
* REST APIs, Microservices
* SQL Server and other relational databases

What They're Looking For:

* Proven experience in a senior or lead developer role
* Strong hands-on skills in both .NET and Angular
* Experience with cloud-based development (preferably Azure)
* Excellent communication and leadership abilities
* Fluent in Norwegian
