Job Description:

We're supporting a leading global organisation in the search for a Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant to join their growing delivery team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering high-quality solutions for a wide range of clients.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Facilitate client workshops to gather business requirements, map processes, and define solution use cases
*

Manage end-to-end project timelines and documentation, escalating issues as needed
*

Produce high-quality specifications, workflow diagrams, and functional documentation
*

Collaborate with solution architects and developers to ensure solution alignment
*

Create and support UAT plans, scripts, and execution
*

Deliver training sessions and post-go-live support documentation
*

Mentor and support junior Dynamics consultants within the team
*

Build strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels

Skills and Qualifications:

Functional Requirements:

*

1-3 years of experience as a Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant
*

Strong business analysis and process mapping skills
*

Proven experience writing functional/technical specifications
*

Experience supporting end-user training and UAT cycles
*

Confident in creating user documentation and support materials

Technical Requirements:

*

Hands-on experience customising and configuring D365 Sales and Customer Service
*

Familiarity with building apps in D365 CE
*

Working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
*

Understanding of JavaScript (desirable, not essential)
*

Microsoft certifications (PL-900, PL-200, PL-400) are advantageous

General Skills:

Comfortable leading client-facing sessions and stakeholder presentations
*

Experience managing or contributing to complex, multi-market projects
*

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*

Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
*

Willingness to travel occasionally, if required
