Job Description
We're looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Manager to lead the ongoing development, optimisation, and integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE. This is a key role driving a major digital transformation to enhance engagement, data quality, and operational efficiency. You'll work closely with stakeholders to ensure the CRM empowers teams to make informed, data-led decisions and deliver impactful services.
Roles and Responsibilities

Develop, configure, and customise D365 CE to meet business needs

Lead data governance, quality, and GDPR compliance

Manage integrations with other systems and platforms
*
Oversee data models, segmentation, and reporting dashboards
*
Provide actionable insights to support strategic planning
*
Deliver training, create user guides, and promote best practice
*
Act as the CRM champion, driving adoption and continuous improvement
Skills and Qualifications
*
Proven experience managing and developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE
*
Strong understanding of CRM architecture, data structures, and integrations
*
Experience with data governance and GDPR compliance
*
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
*
Excellent documentation and stakeholder engagement skills
*
(Desirable) Charity or NFP sector experience
*
(Desirable) Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Marketing, Power Platform, or Customer Insights
