A global tech-driven company with deep expertise in data and analytics is looking for a Lead Front-End Developer to take full ownership of its front-end architecture and help shape the future of its digital products.Although they are global the team is small and agile.

This is a high-impact role where you'll lead development efforts from the ground up, working on platforms that support critical decision-making across international markets.

What You'll Do

* Lead and mentor a small team of front-end developers.
* Architect and implement scalable, high-performance front-end systems using React and TypeScript.
* Define and uphold coding standards and best practices.
* Collaborate with designers, back-end engineers, and product managers to deliver user-centric features.
* Optimise applications for performance, accessibility, and responsiveness.
* Contribute to technical strategy and influence the product roadmap.

What We're Looking For

* Proven experience leading or mentoring front-end teams.
* Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, and front-end architecture.
* Solid understanding of modern development workflows (CI/CD, version control, testing).
* Experience building data-intensive or analytics-focused UIs is a plus.
* Comfortable working in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
