Job Description
We're seeking a skilled CRM Developer to join a forward-thinking financial services organisation (part of a global group). This full-time role involves working across Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics platforms to deliver and support business-critical CRM solutions in a highly regulated environment.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Design and implement CRM solutions using Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Customise and configure CRM systems to align with evolving business needs.
*
Develop and manage integrations between CRM and other enterprise systems via APIs.
*
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, estimate effort, and deliver on time.
*
Support system upgrades, performance optimisation, and ongoing maintenance.
*
Ensure all development aligns with IT security, governance, and compliance policies.
*
Produce technical documentation and participate in team code reviews and knowledge sharing.
Skills and Qualifications
What we're looking for:

3-5 years of professional experience developing with Salesforce (Apex, Lightning, Visualforce).
*
Practical knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE/CRM), including Power Platform.
*
Strong understanding of CRM architecture, integration methods, and data modelling.
*
Experience integrating with third-party platforms via REST/SOAP APIs.
*
Familiar with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps methodologies.
*
Agile mindset with experience working in sprint-based environments.
Desirable:
*
Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
*
Background in financial services or other regulated industries.
*
Understanding of data protection and compliance standards (e.g. GDPR).
