We're looking for an experienced and driven Lead .NET Consultant to take the reins in building out our clients .NET capability from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to combine hands-on technical leadership with strategic team development in a fast-growing consulting environment.

What You'll Do:

* Lead the delivery of complex .NET projects for clients across industries
* Build and mentor a team of .NET consultants, fostering a strong technical culture
* Define best practices, architecture standards, and delivery frameworks
* Collaborate with leadership on hiring, team structure, and service development
* Stay hands-on with modern .NET technologies while guiding others

What We're Looking For:

* 10+ years of experience in .NET development, including .NET Core and Azure
* Proven leadership experience in consulting or client-facing roles
* Strong understanding of backend architecture, microservices, and DevOps
* Experience with frontend frameworks (e.g. React, Angular, Blazor) is a plus
* Passion for mentoring, team building, and delivering high-quality solutions
* Fluent in Norwegian is a must
