D365 CE Functional Consultant

Job Description

We're looking for a skilled D365 CE Functional Consultant to join a forward-thinking financial services end-user. In this role, you'll play a key part in enhancing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics and related applications across the business. You'll work closely with internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure systems are optimised, user-friendly, and aligned with business goals.

Roles & Responsibilities

Configure and customise Microsoft Dynamics (including entities, fields, workflows, forms, and process flows)

Collaborate with users to capture and document business requirements
*

Create and execute test plans to validate functionality
*

Support business teams with day-to-day Dynamics-related queries and enhancements
*

Manage integrations with tools like Experlogix and ClickDimensions
*

Coordinate with external solution providers for updates, fixes, and feature improvements
*

Contribute to tech strategy by identifying opportunities for innovation

Skills & Qualifications

*

Minimum 5 years' experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE
*

Strong understanding of Power Platform, SQL, SharePoint, and Office 365
*

Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or related technologies
*

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills
