About the Role
This is a pivotal leadership position responsible for the delivery and strategic growth of a Dynamics 365 and Power Platform capability within a high-growth consultancy. The role combines technical leadership, client engagement, operational oversight, and a strong focus on innovation. You will lead a team of Solution Architects, Functional Consultants, and Technical Consultants, while working closely with Data, AI, and Technology specialists to design and deliver impactful business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

*

Lead and manage a cross-functional team across Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform
*

Define and implement scalable delivery frameworks and best practices
*

Represent the organisation's technical capability at Microsoft and industry events
*

Establish a Power Platform Centre of Excellence to drive internal innovation

Client Delivery & Engagement

*

Oversee solution architecture and the successful delivery of complex business applications
*

Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and tailor effective solutions
*

Provide technical direction and quality assurance across in-flight projects
*

Act as a trusted advisor and lead consultant during the onboarding phase of new engagements

Growth & Innovation

*

Support presales and business development through client presentations and statements of work
*

Promote the use of low-code/no-code tools and AI technologies such as Copilot
*

Identify capability gaps, support recruitment, and lead internal upskilling initiatives
*

Contribute to thought leadership through blog posts, whitepapers, and community engagement

Skills & Qualifications

Essential

*

Significant experience in a Dynamics 365 consultancy or technical leadership role
*

Deep expertise in Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse
*

Practical experience delivering D365 CE solutions across Sales, Marketing, and Service modules
*

Proven track record in presales, including RFPs, solution demos, discovery sessions, and PoCs
*

Strong communicator, able to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
*

Consultative approach with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
*

Passion for emerging technology and a forward-thinking mindset

Desirable

*

Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-200, PL-600, MB-210, MB-280)
*

Experience with Customer Insights (Journeys and Data)
*

Familiarity with Azure Logic Apps, DevOps, Power BI, model-driven apps
*

Awareness of alternative platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
*

Practical use of AI solutions to drive operational efficiency
