Job Title: Product Owner - D365 Business Central & Salesforce

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Product Owner with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Salesforce. This role will be responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and roadmap of integrated business systems, ensuring seamless functionality and alignment with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product ownership, system integration, and stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and prioritize the product roadmap for D365 Business Central and Salesforce, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, sales, finance, and operations, to enhance system capabilities.

Lead system integration efforts and optimize workflows between D365 Business Central and Salesforce.

Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into actionable development initiatives.

Oversee implementation, upgrades, and enhancements, ensuring optimal performance and user adoption.

Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement in system functionality and efficiency.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Product Owner working with D365 Business Central and Salesforce.

Strong understanding of ERP, CRM, and cloud-based business solutions.

Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and development plans.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Agile/Scrum experience and certification (preferred).
