Hybrid / Flexible Working - London
35 hours per week

My client is seeking a skilled D365 & Power Platform Application Support Specialist to join a progressive technology team that's redefining how digital services are delivered across the organisation. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to work with modern Microsoft cloud technologies, strengthen secure and scalable CRM practices, and support business‑critical systems used by thousands of users.
If you thrive on solving complex technical problems, improving platform reliability, and working in a collaborative, forward‑thinking environment, this role will feel like a natural fit.

What You'll Be Doing

* Providing hands‑on technical and functional support across Dynamics 365 and Power Platform applications.
* Managing CRM and Power Platform environments, configurations, and deployments to ensure stability and consistency.
* Supporting CI/CD pipelines for D365 solutions, Power Apps, and integrations - including deployment steps, release notes, and solution lifecycle management.
* Enhancing security through role‑based access, data protection, patching, and environment governance.
* Monitoring system performance, resolving incidents, and proactively preventing issues before they impact users.
* Collaborating with DevOps and InfoSec teams to deliver secure, automated, cloud‑ready deployments.
* Maintaining clear, high‑quality documentation for environments, deployment processes, and security configurations.
* Supporting release management, version control, and testing activities across the full CRM and Power Platform lifecycle.

What You Bring

* Strong experience supporting and maintaining Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
* Solid understanding of application security, identity management, and environment controls.
* Experience with CI/CD tooling such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
* Familiarity with infrastructure‑as‑code and configuration management principles.
* Confidence troubleshooting deployments, integrations, and performance issues.
* Good understanding of data governance and compliance frameworks (GDPR, ISO27001, etc.).
* Excellent analytical thinking, documentation skills, and communication abilities.

Why This Role Stands Out

* You'll be central to shaping secure, modern CRM and Power Platform practices.
* You'll join a supportive, collaborative team that values innovation and continuous improvement.
* You'll gain hands‑on exposure to modern DevOps tooling, cloud‑based CRM environments, and enterprise‑grade security.
* You'll make a visible, meaningful impact on systems used across the organisation.
* You'll be part of a workplace that genuinely invests in your professional growth and technical development.
