* Troubleshooting, support on Dynamics NAV/ 365 BC & CRM
* Assist with ongoing projects and upgrades to BC 365
* Manage tickets
* Documentation for business processes
* Design reports for analysis
Skills & Qualifications
* Modify BC 365 using extensions / AL code
* Experience with Power BI and familiar with DAX
* Automate job processes using Power Automate
* Troubleshooting, support on Dynamics NAV/ 365 BC & CRM
* Assist with ongoing projects and upgrades to BC 365
