๐Ÿš€ We're Hiring: Office 365 Specialist (L2/L3 Technical Support) ๐ŸŒ
Join a global IT team supporting over 26,000 users worldwide!

We're looking for an experienced Office 365 Specialist to provide second and third-level technical support (L2/L3) across international locations such as Madrid, Paris, and New York. You'll act as a technical escalation point for local IT support teams-no direct end-user contact required.

๐ŸŽฏ Key Responsibilities:
๐Ÿ”น Provide L2/L3 technical support in a high-volume global environment
๐Ÿ”น Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 tools: Exchange Online, Office 365, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams
๐Ÿ”น Lead and collaborate in email migration and integration projects
๐Ÿ”น Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the M365 ecosystem
๐Ÿ”น Coordinate with distributed IT teams across different time zones
๐Ÿ”น Manage Azure configurations with a focus on visibility, security, and resource optimization
๐Ÿ”น Work with cloud platforms and SaaS integrations
๐Ÿ”น Contribute to IT security management and technical documentation

๐Ÿ› ๏ธ Tech Skills:
โœ”๏ธ Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)
โœ”๏ธ Experience with Azure administration (visibility required)
โœ”๏ธ Familiarity with Power Platform, BI, networking, and email protocols
โœ”๏ธ Knowledge of security tools and cloud environments
