Job Title: Financial Analyst / Accountant (Hybrid)

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Financial Analyst/Accountant to join our client's growing team. This hybrid role blends traditional accounting responsibilities with financial analysis to drive strategic decision-making across the business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, paired with experience in data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
Responsibilities:

Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance reports

Support month-end and year-end closing processes
*
Partner with internal departments to evaluate financial performance and identify improvement areas
*
Develop dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel
*
Leverage Business Central to extract, clean, and analyze financial data
*
Reconcile general ledger accounts and assist with audit preparation
*
Perform ad hoc financial modeling and scenario analysis for leadership
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

3+ years of experience in accounting and/or financial analysis
*
Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
*
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker)

Strong Excel skills and familiarity with pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
*
Ability to work independently and collaborate in a hybrid environment
