A leading provider of financial automation solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is seeking a Fullstack Developer Engineering Manager to join their growing engineering team. This company is known for delivering innovative, user-friendly software that simplifies financial processes for businesses across Europe and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and mentor a team of fullstack developers working across modern frontend and backend technologies.
* Drive architectural decisions and ensure scalable, maintainable codebases.
* Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and QA to deliver high-quality features.
* Promote agile methodologies and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
* Oversee code reviews, testing strategies, and deployment pipelines.
* Contribute to strategic planning and technical roadmaps.

Tech Environment:

* Frontend: React, TypeScript, HTML/CSS
* Backend: .NET Core, C#, RESTful APIs
* Database: SQL Server, Azure Cosmos DB
* DevOps: Azure DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes
* Tools: Git, Jira, Confluence
* CMS: Umbraco

Ideal Candidate Profile:

* Minimum 5 years of experience in fullstack development.
* At least 2 years in a technical leadership or engineering management role.
* Strong proficiency in .NET and modern JavaScript frameworks.
* Experience with cloud infrastructure, preferably Azure.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Fluent in English; Danish language skills are a plus.
