Dynamics NAV/BC System Analyst

Location: Warsaw, Poland (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities

* Lead or support the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central projects.
* Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for optimization using standard BC functionality.
* Configure, test, and deploy Business Central modules (Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, etc.).
* Provide end-user training, support, and post-implementation assistance.
* Collaborate with developers and other consultants to deliver high-quality solutions.
* Document functional requirements, system configuration, and processes.

Requirements

* 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central or NAV.
* Strong understanding of standard BC functionality and configuration.
* Proven experience in at least one full-cycle implementation.
* Excellent analytical and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Fluent in English (Polish is an advantage).

Nice to Have

* Microsoft Dynamics certifications
* Experience integrating Business Central with other Microsoft products (e.g., Power BI, Power Automate).
* Knowledge of SQL, AL language, or reporting tools.
