.NET Developer Wanted - Join a Forward-Thinking Tech Team!

About the Role:
We're recruiting an experienced .NET Developer for a long-term opportunity with a forward-thinking organisation. You'll help shape and maintain a bespoke system that supports both internal staff and students, with the chance to grow into a Tech Lead role over time.

Company Overview:
Join a collaborative, cross-functional team that values clean code, smart architecture, and user-driven design. Agile in approach (more Kanban than Scrum), the environment encourages ownership, collaboration, and problem-solving at every stage of delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

*

Design, develop, and maintain .NET-based APIs and microservices
*

Build and enhance BFF (Back-for-Front) APIs supporting internal applications
*

Work closely with users to gather insights and turn them into clear functional requirements
*

Deliver clean, well-tested code and contribute to architectural decisions
*

Participate in both new development and long-term product maintenance
*

Take a leading role in development efforts - with potential to step into Tech Lead position

Qualifications:

*

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar
*

3+ years experience in .NET development (C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API)
*

Skilled with REST APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (preferably Azure)
*

Experience with MSSQL; familiarity with Cosmos DB is a plus
*

Bonus: exposure to React or front-end collaboration
*

Fluent English; Norwegian at B2 level (can follow meetings)
*

Strong communicator with an analytical mindset and team-first attitude
*

Comfortable translating user needs into clear technical requirements

Benefits:

*

Long-term role with a strong pathway to growth
*

Hybrid working: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote
*

Impactful, user-centered product work
*

Agile delivery culture with room to contribute and take ownership
*

Competitive compensation and a flexible, modern work environment
